About This Role

As a 3D Visualization Designer, you'll create lifelike, photorealistic 3D models and environments that bring our immersive platforms to life—across AR, VR, MR, and spatial computing experiences. Your work will be central to flagship products like Obpark (AR navigation) and Obnest (XR home tours).

What you'll do

  • Craft highly detailed 3D assets for immersive applications.
  • Build realistic architectural visualizations, product prototypes, and interactive AR/VR walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and product strategists to integrate 3D models into real-world experiences.
  • Optimize assets to balance visual fidelity with real-time performance across devices.
  • Push visual aesthetics and innovation through texture, lighting, and dynamic modeling.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proficient with 3D tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
  • Strong understanding of photorealistic rendering (PBR), lighting, and texture workflows.
  • Portfolio demonstrating immersive 3D visualizations or architectural renderings.
  • Experience in optimizing assets for AR, VR, or MR platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling through immersive design.
